WORKSHOP EXPECTATIONS
Registration is required. You will NOT need your criminal report to complete the registration or to attend the workshop. At the workshop there will be a 30-minute presentation about expunction followed by in-person intake. At the intake, Legal Aid will determine whether you financially qualify for their services and if you do, they will open an expunction file. The first 15 people to register for each workshop time will be given the opportunity to go through the intake process after the presentation. If you miss the opportunity to register for one of the 15 spots, you can still register and attend the presentation, but we cannot guarantee an opportunity to participate in the intake process.
